This document is used to evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials that would be used to train managers how to interview job candidates. It is designed to be administered to learners after the instruction is complete.
Here is another example of a task that I have completed hundreds of times in my career, but without any purpose, guidance, or direction. In the past, I would build quizzes to offer my learners after a training session is completed, but I would not follow best practices. I did not create good learning objectives, so there was no way for me know if the training material did what it was supposed to do. I would often write test items that were irrelevant or obvious.
